When the news drops about the opening of the E.C. borders between France and Belgium in the early '90s, a loud cry of panic goes up on both sides of the border. Nowhere is this more loudly heard than at the border control...
Ruben is a Belgian customs officer with an abiding hatred of all things French. Mathias is a French customs officer who's secretly in love with Ruben's sister, Louise, the girl from the chocolate shop. The would-be couple's love will be tested by a series of hilarious misunderstandings involving a drug smuggling ring, a Gaul-hating Belgian father, and Ruben's desire to see his sister get married… to a fellow Belgian, of course. So get your passport ready, because it's waffles vs. camembert, in a frenzied fight to the finish!
