After leaving the force, Elijah Kane falls back into his special forces past, re-emerging from the ashes of his destroyed Special Investigations Unit to once again work for the government. Kane and his team track two suitcase nukes that have been smuggled into the country - and Kane thinks the Ghost is working to buy them. As Kane gets ever-closer to The Ghost, the stakes continue to rise.
