Some of action movies finest have hit up the red carpet this week in London for the premiere of The Expendables 2.

The film stars Sylvestor Stallone, Arnold Scwarzenegger and Jean-Claude Van Damme.

It is a sequel to Stallone's 2010 box office success.

The story follows a gang of old-school mercenaries, re-united when one of their own is killed.

The movie marks Schwartzenegger's return to full-time movie making, after a seven year stint as Governor of California.
